PNEUMATIC FLOATING RUBBER FENDERS

Ocean 3 Pneumatic fenders are ideal for ship-to-quay and ship-to-ship transfers. Those fenders are typically fitted with a chain-tyre-net for an added protection. Main Advantages:

 The performance of Ocean 3 Pneumatic Fenders can be modified by changing the internal operating pressure of the fenders. There are two standard internal pressure ratings: 50kPa and 80kPa. The tables over the next two pages give the relevant performance figure for each type.

Manufacturing Process

Ocean 3 Pneumatic Fenders are manufactured according to Filament winding Process based on polyamide threads melted several elastomer compoundsof SBR type, or other on request.

Components assembling is done with uncured materials by the mean of dissolution. Rubber is prepared with solvant to fix all materials together, time to cure the product in pressurised oven to cure to give it final resistance.

Delivery

Chain and tire net are adjusted on Fender before dellivery and all accesories checked. Pneumatic Fenders are deflated and pressed to be delivered on their operating site.

Larger sizes are pulled out from their chain and tire nets to be containerised more easily.
