SPECIFIC BUOYS & FLOATS
I - TYPOLOGIE
A) BOW COUPLING FLOAT
Float fitted on the bow of a dredger, to support the excavating bow pipeline. The size is calculated in function of the size and total weight of the pipeline, typically the hole in function of the diameter of the pipeline which is typically Ø 1000 to 1200 mm.
B) SISMOGRAPHIC BUOY
Floats required to bring buoyancy from 2.5t to 10 t (or more if required) – cylindrical or rectangular in shape, fitted with a flange on each end, or a mooring eye, depending on its usage.
C) MARKER BUOY
Floats for navigation buoys. Typically from 2.5t to 2t (or more if required). To bring buoyancy for the riser/mooring chain, cylindrical in shape. Fitted with a flange which can be locked for the chain.
D) METEOROLOGICAL BUOY
Floats for navigation buoys. Typically from 2.5t to 2t (or more if required). To bring buoyancy for the riser/mooring chain, cylindrical in shape. Fitted with a flange which can be locked for the chain.
